2. Data Processing Addendum

To the extent that Presenz Lab Inc processes Personal Data on behalf of a customer subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), the Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") available at:

https://presenzlab.io/dpa

is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

By using the Services or entering into an Order Form with Presenz Lab Inc, the customer agrees to be bound by the DPA, which applies automatically and does not require a separate signature.
